Which shipping methods do you offer?
We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. Shipping is available by sea (FCL/LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for sample orders. Sea freight is most economical for bulk orders.
What are typical shipping times?
- Production: 15–30 days depending on order quantity and customization
- Sea freight: 15–35 days (varies by destination)
- Air freight: 5–7 days
- Express courier (samples): 3–5 days
Which ports do you ship from?
We ship from major Chinese ports including Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen, and Xiamen. We can arrange shipment from the port closest to our factory to minimize inland transit costs.
Can you ship to my country?
Yes, we export to 40+ countries across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Oceania. We handle all export documentation and can assist with import compliance.
Orders & MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product — typically 5,000–50,000 pieces for stock items, and 10,000–100,000 pieces for custom-printed products. We offer lower MOQ for trial orders from new customers.
Can I get free samples?
Yes! We provide free samples of stock products (you only pay shipping). Custom-printed samples may have a small setup fee which is credited against your first order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C, Western Union, and PayPal (for sample orders). Standard terms are 30% deposit with balance before shipment. For established customers, we offer flexible payment plans.
Do you offer OEM / private label?
Absolutely. We offer full OEM services including custom logo printing, packaging design, brand labeling, and product customization (size, color, material blends). Our design team can assist with artwork preparation.

What materials do you work with?
Our main materials include sugarcane bagasse, bamboo fiber, PLA (corn-based bioplastic), cornstarch, kraft paper, and FSC-certified wood. All materials are food-safe and compostable.
What certifications do your products have?

Are your products microwave and freezer safe?
Most bagasse and paper products are microwave-safe. Freezer compatibility depends on the product — our team can recommend the best option for your specific use case.
How do I handle a quality issue?
We stand behind our products. If you encounter any quality issues, contact us with photos and order details. We will investigate and offer replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
