These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Green Packaging Hub website and the purchase of products from Jiangmen Ecobee Biomaterials Products Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, submitting inquiries, or placing orders, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your company and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
2. Products & Orders
Our products are sold on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. Please note:
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): All orders are subject to minimum order quantities which vary by product. MOQs are specified on product pages or provided upon quotation.
- Custom Orders: We offer custom printing, sizing, and branding services. Custom orders require design approval before production begins and are non-refundable once production is confirmed.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to final confirmation at the time of order. Published prices are indicative and may vary based on order quantity, customization, raw material costs, and shipping destination.
- Order Confirmation: An order is binding only after we issue a written order confirmation or proforma invoice.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon in the proforma invoice or sales contract. Standard terms include:
- 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment (T/T).
- Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for qualifying orders.
- Other terms may be negotiated for established accounts.
All payments shall be made in the currency specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide via sea freight, air freight, or express courier depending on order size and urgency.
- Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed, orders are quoted FOB Jiangmen/Shenzhen. CIF, CFR, DDP, and other Incoterms arrangements are available upon request.
- Lead Times: Standard production lead time is 15–25 business days after order confirmation. Custom orders may require additional time.
- Delivery Dates: Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, or carrier issues.
5. Quality & Returns
- Quality Assurance: All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. We hold ISO 9001, FDA, and relevant food-safety certifications.
- Defect Claims: Claims for manufacturing defects or shipping damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods, accompanied by photographic evidence.
- Resolution: Verified defective goods will be replaced or credited at our discretion. We are not liable for damage caused by improper storage, handling, or use beyond the product's intended purpose.
- Samples: Pre-production samples are available for approval. Approval of samples constitutes acceptance of product specifications.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding — is the property of Jiangmen Ecobee Biomaterials Products Co., Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
For custom-branded orders, the buyer warrants that all designs, logos, and trademarks provided do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods in question.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
- We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or transportation failures.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules.
