PLA Products
PLA Products – Plant-Based Compostable Alternatives to Plastic
PLA (Polylactic Acid) is derived from fermented plant starch, typically corn or sugarcane. Our PLA product range offers the same crystal-clear appearance and functionality as conventional plastic but is certified compostable under industrial conditions. Ideal for cold beverages, salads and deli items where visibility matters.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can PLA cups hold hot drinks?
Standard PLA cups are designed for cold beverages only (below 40°C). For hot drinks, use paper cups with PLA lining instead, or choose CPLA lids which tolerate up to 85°C.
What is the difference between PLA and CPLA?
CPLA (Crystallized PLA) undergoes an additional heat-treatment process that increases its temperature resistance from 40°C to 85°C. CPLA is used for cutlery and hot cup lids where heat tolerance is essential.
Is PLA packaging truly compostable?
Yes, but only in industrial composting facilities operating at 58°C+ with controlled humidity. PLA will not break down in home compost or landfill within a reasonable timeframe. All our PLA products carry BPI or EN13432 certification confirming compostability.
PLA Products Factory — Certified Compostable Bioplastics Manufacturer
We are one of the few PLA products manufacturers that processes raw Ingeo PLA resin into finished cups, lids, straws and cutlery entirely in-house. Our thermoforming and crystallization equipment produces both standard PLA (cold-use) and CPLA (heat-resistant) products on dedicated lines to prevent cross-contamination.
As a certified compostable bioplastics supplier, every product we ship includes EN13432 or BPI certification documentation. We maintain active material traceability from NatureWorks resin lot numbers through to finished product cartons.
